Managing various teams and managing your own ledger through out the South West of England, each day will be varied, this is a role for the person that enjoys getting out and about, supporting people and offering advice and diversity in their role.
You will be a strong negotiator, with excellent people skills with the ability to influence teams. An ideal role for someone who has been on the road selling and either has managed a team or feels they are ready for the step into people management.
What do you need to be considered for this role?
• A successful background in Agricultural based sales.
• Thorough understanding of the dairy/beef industry.
• Ideally knowledge of genetics, however not imperative.
• Previous people management experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the given territory.
• Forward thinking attitude, embracing the business culture and direction.
