You\'ll be working for a dynamic private sector organisation in Chippenham.
Your new role
You\'ll have responsibility for a variety of recharge and accounting activities centred around balance sheet controls, with responsibility of a team of two.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure continuous improvement and process improvement
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Central Recharges & Recovery processes
- Journal Compliance
- Providing support to the Financial Accountant, Management Accountant and Financial Services Manager
What you\'ll need to succeed
- You\'ll need to have experience supervising a small team.
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Be able to deal with process improvements
- Don\'t be afraid to ask questions and have strong communication.
