Cover Supervisor
Chester
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of students? Academics Ltd is a local supply agency and we’re seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to work as unqualified teachers in secondary schools across Chester.
As a Cover Supervisor you will also be required to:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons to students in the absence of the usual class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Providing support and guidance to students, both academically and emotionally
* Collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
* Managing the classroom behaviour following the schools policies and procedures
The successful Cover Supervisor will need:
* To be degree qualified or hold a Teaching Assistant qualification OR have experience working with and supporting children and/or young adults
* A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work in different schools and adapt to various teaching environments
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
