Remuneration: Circa £100,000+

Description: Part or Full time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
•    £13 + per UDA depending on experience and skillset
•    UDAs negotiable
•    50% split on private
•    50% split on lab bills
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 5 Surgery practice
•    Modern Practice
•    Digital x-rays, Itero Scanner, Intraoral Cameras, Rotary Endo           
•    Existing, well maintained list (previous Associate worked there for 25 years)
•    Full support team 
•    Near train station. 30 mins to Leeds via train, 35 mins drive to Sheffield. 
•    Available now

Compliance requirements:
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
