Job description

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has proven Sales experience ideally within Media / Advertising sales. The Advertising Sales Exec will be joining a great employer based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, working on a hybrid basis. This Sales role is to start ASAP initially on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

Salary: £30-35K basic + commission

Location: East Grinstead - Hybrid - 2 days office based

Duration: 6 month FTC

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Advertising Sales Executive duties:

• Selling advertising space and achieving and exceeding targets
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying ways and packages to actively meet the advertising needs of the client and ensuring commercial targets are met
• Support opportunities to grow advertising revenue through new and existing channels, new and existing market sectors
• Attract event sponsorship revenue

Skills and experience:

• Proven Sales experience, ideally working in media sales / advertising sales / event sales / classified sales
• Ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
