Pure Resourcing Solutions are exclusively partnering with a key client in their search for a new Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations working as integral part of the senior management team.

Position Overview: As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role within the management team, overseeing the operational aspects of services provided. This challenging and dynamic position requires a skilled professional with intelligence and focus on service delivery, resources management, continuous improvement, and staff recruitment/management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operational processes, who is relentlessly able to develop sustainable operational frameworks, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, high attention to detail, methodical & analytical working approach and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of company services.
Main responsibilities:- Operations oversight: Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the company’s key services.
- Leadership Team Collaboration: work closely with the leadership team to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to operational development teams, depot managers & fleet controllers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Project Management: lead and manage project from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness and client satisfaction
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resource Management: Optimise resource allocation, including equipment, manpower, and materials, to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Recruitment & Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment process. Effectively manager and lead a high performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship and support.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage and control operational budgets.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications:- Proven experience in operations management within services industry or a related field.
- Degree qualified in Business, Operations Management, or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
