We are currently assisting a market leading Construction Team working out of a full-service Firm, who are seeking to bring in a junior lawyer (3 to 5 PQE) to work on a wide variety of construction matters for some of their marquee clients.
Whilst the work will be predominantly non-contentious, they are happy to look at those with backgrounds of a mixed contentious/non-contentious practice.
This team is directory ranked and has recently had one of their busiest years ever, working for some of the largest developers in the country. Strong construction law expertise is therefore essential.
Although having an extremely nurturing culture firmwide, the construction group itself is an extremely tight-knit and "happy" team.
Whilst not overly focussed on past pedigree and willing to accept applications from outside of the City, including from strong regional, national and West-End Firms, they do pride themselves on the extremely strong technical strength of their lawyers.
On a chargeable hour to pay ratio, salaries at this firm are up there with some of the highest in the City.
