In return for your hard work and dedication, the Environmental Project Coordinator will receive:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Environmental Project Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including the day- to-day management of site health and safety, quality, environment, finance, and brand, as well as dealing with the client and its representatives. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide the vital link between site staff and project management to ensure the smooth running of all jobs on site. This is a multi-site role.

 
We are looking for an Environmental Project Coordinator with the drive to develop at Stonbury, ensuring top class delivery on key client projects.

While attitude is more important to us than qualifications, the Environmental Project Coordinator will be either a Site Agent, or Supervisor, who is highly organised, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.

 

Essential

• Able to read technical documents such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Documents
• Able to work alone own and using own initiative to solve problems and complete daily tasks
• Physically fit to enter confined spaces and access works on a construction site
• Full UK driving licence
• A good communicator, able to liaise confidently and deal with a variety of people including the client, suppliers and team members in face to face, in writing and on the telephone.
• Organised, focused and self-determined
• Possess a positive attitude and be committed to high levels of care for staff and the client
• Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements; working hours are not set and will depend on the work location and client requirements
• Able, consistently, to work to a high standard of health and safety and quality. Knowledge of health and safety is essential
• Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card) and SSSTS or SMSTS as a minimum
• Able to competently use tablet computer or be willing to be trained in its use
