Our client is looking for an experienced and driven New Homes sales consultant to join their busy team in Buckinghamshire. You will join an award winning and exceptional house builder and will be working on a housing scheme who are hitting targets and have years left on the site with sites close by in the pipeline.
What's in it for you?
- Base Salary £30,000 OTE £45,000/50,000
- Working pattern is negotiable
- 1 in 4 weekends off
- Start date early as possible
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
