Cognisant have been instructed to appoint a Head of Construction Delivery on behalf of a rapidly expanding, residential led developer based in Central London. The role will see you spearhead the delivery of new schemes playing a pivotal role in successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
Position Summary:
- Leading and managing the construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Providing strategic direction and guidance throughout the construction process, from procurement and planning to execution and handover.
- Developing and implementing innovative construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential challenges, and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the Central London market dynamics and leveraging this knowledge to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience within the residential development sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the city (RC Frame, High-rise)
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and industry best practices.
- Previous experience in working for a Residential Developer
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
