What do I need?

You'll need a strong background working with the major multiples, preferably in the fast paced world of fresh produce. A good handle on category data would also be beneficial, as would a good head for numbers. You'll be keen to utilise your experience to date to build a strong foundation in the business that will see you on track to taking on a more senior role in future.

Tell me more about the job

Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll be managing the relationship with key retail customers on a day to day basis, developing the business's reputation and bringing innovation and new ideas to the fore. You'll be working cross functionally to bring all the key players to the table to ensure goals are realised.
