As a trusted Maritime Technology and Engineering Consultancy, we are leading the way in implementing Maritime Autonomous Systems (MAS) to enhance productivity, safety, crew efficiency, and sustainability.

Research and knowledge capture

Dive into the latest developments in maritime autonomy technology and operations.

Maritime autonomy project technical design and delivery

Play a pivotal role in designing and delivering MAS projects.

Support development of technical consulting business

Contribute to the growth and success of our technical consulting business.

Assist in bidding for maritime autonomy work

Collaborate in securing opportunities for maritime autonomy projects.

Internal and external stakeholder engagement

Build and maintain positive relationships within BMT and with external clients.

Attending and presenting at trade shows and conferences

Showcase expertise and represent BMT at industry events.

In terms of location , we have offices in Bath, Bristol, London, Fareham, Weymouth & Plymouth and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites or to attend meetings will be required. This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
