CRM Manager
Location: London - 1 day a week onsite
Salary: £55,000 plus flexi-hours, work from home, equity scheme and much more

They are looking for a hands-on and experienced Customer Relationship Marketing Manager to lead CRM related revenue growth and ensure the success of our DTC businesses across the brand portfolio. This role involves managing all aspects of Customer Relationship Management, overseeing the implementation of effective strategies and tactics, and optimising performance to achieve and surpass key performance indicator

The goal for this role is for you to grow a team and progress into a Head of position within the next 12 - 18 months
What they are looking for:
Proven experience in Customer Relationship Marketing
Strong operational knowledge and experience of CRM platforms, particularly Klaviyo, Shopify and associated analytics tools
Excellent understanding of loyalty and retention marketing best practices and their application across multiple brands
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in generating and interpreting performance reports
