About the Role: Our client is embarking on a significant refurbishment of a country house hotel in Great London / Berkshire, and we're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the client team.
This role presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious project/ QS / construction professional to contribute to the successful delivery of a once-in-a-lifetime trophy asset. This role will be predominantly site based and you must have UK experience.
Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, you will report to the Commercial Director and be responsible for monitoring the design process, development budget, relationships with external project managers and design teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing Planning Applications, Tender Processes, and Cost Plans, as well as managing live construction projects for time, cost, quality, and safety.
