Location: West London
Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tiler to join one of the oldest and largest not-for-profit housing associations on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of floor and wall tiling within both tenanted and void properties
- Preparing wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces
- Using tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles needed for edges and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipes
- Splash back tiling
- Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Level 2 Diploma in Wall and Floor Tiling
