An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and dedicated Senior Director of SEND and Inclusion at TFS to continue our drive towards excellence, following our ‘Good’ Ofsted report in December 2022. This is a full time position but we would also consider applications from candidates considering working part time as a job share.
We are at an exciting stage of our development, with our growing Key Stage 3 Nurture and Nest provisions. We are looking for an experienced SENDCo with a passion for securing the highest levels of inclusive practice, so that every pupil in our school can thrive and be successful.
Working as part of a strong senior leadership team, both at TFS and across the wider trust, you would have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to implement effective and innovative strategies to support our young people.
