Job description
Cleaner and Keyholder required for public amenity site on the outskirts of Dorchester, own transport needed due to location.
Site needs to be unlocked before 7am and checked for any overnight vandalism etc, this would take a couple of minutes usually but we pay 1Hour. Site then needs to be cleaned before locking not before 5pm. This would also pay one hour, but often takes less time than that.
Cleaning involves changing bags in 4 outdoor bins and picking up any loose litter. Replenishment of toilet rolls and handsoap, general cleaning of toilet blocks.
Experience is not required as training can be given. Reliability is top priority as the sites need to be open and locked daily. Uniform PPE etc provided, as a lone worker you will be required to wear a (not monitored) body camera.
whilst this is 10 hours a week over 5 days, overtime on other sites may be available if you wanted it.
