Job description
Title: Court of Protection Associate
Level: 4 + PQE
Location: Guildford
Salary: £55k+
A fantastic opportunity has become available at a Top Legal 500 Law Firm in Reading. The firm is seeking a junior solicitor with an interest in Court Of Protection work in order to support senior members of the team on their complex matters whilst building their own caseloa of high valued, multi million pounds awards. You will be providing:
- Legal advice to clients and family members
- Assisting with tax affairs and accounts
- Assisting with the purchase of properties, monitoring clients budgets and liasing with doctors, managers, architects and other professionals.
You must possess great customer focus as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to being able to adhere to tight deadlines. Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act and other relevant legislation is essential.
