Description & Requirements

Working on the 2pm to 10pm (afternoon) shift, the successful candidate will:

Be the lead operator within the Production Team, delivering target shift outputs for the production line as per the daily production plan covering all workstations and FLT duties as required.

Deliver agreed hourly /shift output KPI targets for the production line /machine, always ensuring compliance to safety and quality standards.

Actively drive continuous improvement / knowledge sharing within the production team to support and deliver targets.

Utilize SAP and MII software to deliver accurate, timely and detailed data via the appropriate methods.

To complete accurate, timely and detailed machine checks, maintaining completion records and report faults promptly to the appropriate person and / or Team (i.e., Team leader / Maintenance Department).

To be the first responder when a line fault occurs undertaking fault finding and problem solving across production lines identifying root cause and undertaking remedial repairs and implementing appropriate solutions.

To create, maintain and enhance working relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.

Ensure all cleaning activities are completed to site standards and procedures (GMP, CIP, Allergen Controls).

Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are always adhered to including all relevant standards (Safety and Golden Rules and KHMS).

Implement and undertake a high level of training to relevant employees ensuring the necessary compliance is also undertaken.

To cover Operational Meetings and Shift Operational reports in the absence of the Team Leader.

Any other reasonable requests made by the Team Leader or Site Leadership Team.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

To lead by example, driving a strong Safety and Quality culture on Site.

Self-motivated with a growth mindset.

To successful manage the day-to-day output of production line(s).

Experienced problem solver during live production and to coach and develop Operators in problem solving.

Collaborative working with the development of working relationships to easily escalate information to other departments (i.e., Maintenance Team, Team leader etc.)

Day to day link to Process team & Kitchen’s product supply

To train employees on processes and tasks using best practice methods.

MII input and validation.

SAP / bin to bin / reconciliation

The ability to lead relevant operational meetings when required.

Train the trainer or a developing leader qualification is desirable, but not essential.
