Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced teacher to join our leadership team as the Deputy Head (Pastoral). As a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team in our thriving and busy school, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the pastoral vision and strategic direction of the school whilst also overseeing the day-to-day pastoral operations of the School. The Deputy Head (Pastoral) is also the School’s Senior Designated Lead and will take lead responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the School (including online safety).
