Job description

Role: Controls Engineer

Location: Permanent work (Headquarter Wakefield) with a reputable engineering company

Schedule: Monday-Friday (37 hours) Early finish Friday

Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum with additional benefits

Requirements:

Qualified to minimum HNC/HND level in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Must have experience with the design of electronic systems.

Must have knowledge of PLC’s (Ideally Siemens)

Experience with FAT and SAT

Experience with PPM’s

Must have a full UK drivers license

Duties and responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve automation and electrical faults and breakdowns.

Install new machines.

Carry out PPM’s.

Assist in the build of new machines.

Fault finding of machinery.

Always adhere to health and safety requirements.
