- Operations Team Leader Working in a fast paced engineering environment you will play a key role in overseeing all service and maintenance scheduling activities across this hugely ambitious business. The business and the owners have achieved allot in a short space of time and are already the world leaders in their niche field with some big growth plans on the horizon. The company has a family feel and support and guidance will be given from day one with the opportunity to work alongside an award winning director, who will teach you everything you need to know about the industry. You will develop and implement a comprehensive scheduling system whilst coordinating the team to relevant tasks across the business. The team will start small but will grow as the business continues to develop more accounts and territories. A background in Operations ideally within an industrial setting will be key for the role. You will need to be thick skinned and deal with multiple customer related problems whilst also being a sponge and absorbing information from the director. Leading the morning meetings across operations you will set the tone for the day across the business. Opportunities for growth within the business are huge. Salary is dependant on experience INDSPO
