We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful and well-respected client in South Oxfordshire, who are recruiting for a New Business Development Executive, to join their rapidly growing sales team.  

Our client is looking for intrinsically driven candidates with a strong work ethic and a need to achieve to be the best that they can be.

Role: New Business Development Executive

Salary: £25,000 – £34,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission

Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: South Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

Responsibilities of the New Business Development Executive :

• Qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within their sales territory.
• Receive Marketing Qualified Leads, generated from our Marketing department, primarily through the website. This provides the sales team with regular opportunities to sell to pre-qualified prospects and supplements Sales Qualified Leads in your pipeline.

Requirements of the New Business Development Executive :

• Ideally a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Sales OR confident you want a career in sales.
• Confident self-starter
• Eager to learn and develop your craft.
