Job description

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager (Externals) for a refurbishment project in Blackburn . Candidates MUST have experience in refurbishment/restoration projects and must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor Role.

The Role:

• Reporting to Project Manager
• Supervise daily site activity.
• Ensuring all works are of a high standard.
• Toolbox talks and inductions.
• Review and update construction phase plan.
• Maintain weekly site progress Diary.
• Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety

Requirements:

• Site Management experience with trade background or construction management degree.
• Refurbishment/Restoration experience with a main contractor.
• Excellent IT and Communication skills.
• Scaffolding Inspection.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid.
