Job description

To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we’re looking for Customer Service Team Leader to join our Customer Service Team in Luton, supporting customers through their interactions with Bionic. 

About the role

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our front-of-house customer service team. The ideal candidate will champion efficient, prompt, and friendly customer service while providing day-to-day management of a team of skilled agents. 

You'll supervise, manage, and motivate team members daily, serving as the primary point of contact for both team members and customers. Additionally, you will foster a positive and highly motivated culture aimed at achieving and exceeding daily targets.

The successful candidate will receive hands-on coaching and support to excel in this role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
