The private client team act for some of the world's wealthiest families and individuals with substantial assets across the globe. Therefore, the work they do is very interesting and covers niche areas including IP, art and equine matters. The role: This top-tier practice is looking to appoint a Private Property Solicitor/Associate NQ-4 years PQE, including 2023 qualifiers, into their Private Property & Landed Estates group based in Exeter . With two preeminent Partners at the helm, this team specialises in handling complex landed estates, agricultural and rural property, country houses and high-value residential property transactions across England and Wales. They have a diverse client base made up of UHNW/HNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, companies, trustees and charities with a strong pipeline of work coming out of the City of London. Whilst prior experience within the agricultural space is advantageous, those with a genuine enthusiasm/determination to involve themselves within the rural sector are still welcome to apply.
