Responsibilities:
As a Post room Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Operating office equipment, such as postage meters, copiers, and scanners.
• Assisting with the organization and maintenance of postroom supplies.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Handling occasional administrative tasks to support the overall office operations.
• Be able to lift and shift boxes

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.
