Digital Marketing Manager- Paid Search

Coleshill – 1 day office/4 days home

£45,000 - £50,000 (doe)

Pitch is working exclusively with this global eCommerce business that has a long-standing heritage selling products both D2C and to the trade, along with an international distribution network.

They are on an exciting journey during 2024 with impressive growth plans and are now looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to enhance the paid team and support their continued journey.  The role will work closely with the Senior Digital Manager and take responsibility for a small team which is set to grow further this year.  You will be highly technical with a data-driven approach where analysis and reporting is part of your DNA!

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and execute the digital strategy across paid channels to drive growth and engagement.
• Develop and implement data-driven paid campaigns across PPC and paid social channels for UK and European markets.
• Management of 7-figure annual paid budgets.
• Day to day management of paid team.
• Constant analysis of data and performance to drive engagement and increased revenue.

What experience is needed?

• You will be a highly skilled PPC specialist with a considerable length of time working in this channel and have knowledge of paid social across Meta.
• You will have worked either agency-side running campaigns for eCommerce/retail clients or have worked inhouse in the same sectors.
• Exceptional knowledge of using Google for PPC including PLA’s, Pmax, text ads.
• Strong data focus and experience of using GA4 daily for reporting and analysis.
• Highly experienced in Google Tag Manager.
• ROAS focused- able to demonstrate exceptional levels of ROAS vs budget spend.

Nice to have!

• French language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
• Some experience of PowerBi would be beneficial.
