Senior Payroll Specialist - 5 week day rate, up to £350 per day - Immediate start - Fully remote

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to again be exclusively partnered with a technology company, who are looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Specialist, on an interim basis. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be an integral part of the HR department, and will be ensuring that each stage of the payroll process, complies with due processes and procedures.

The Senior Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

* Running the monthly UK payroll process of 250 volume, via cloudpay, supporting with the international payroll when required
* Preparing of all payments from gross to net, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK
* Ensuring appropriate internal procedures and controls are in line with best practice
* Creating and updating payroll process notes and procedures on a regular basis
* Maintaining accurate employee and employer records at all times
* Being responsible for the document management processes for payrolls

Key Skills:

* A minimum of 4 years' experience of processing UK payroll
* Awareness of payroll legislation
* Cloudpay knowledge beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
