Job description
Reporting into the Resourcing Manager you will:
- Manage and influence stakeholder relationships.
- Manage a small team of Regional Recruiters
- Responsibility for the volume recruitment achieving weekly hire targets
- Managing candidate pipeline to meet the need and demands of the business
- Manage all job adverts and budgets in line with branding and recruitment demands
- Manage agency relationships
- Monitor and support the continuous improvement of candidate application journey, monitoring applicant conversion rates for different channels and roles and refining recruitment strategy and tactics accordingly to drive improved recruitment numbers and cost per hire.
- Chairing of weekly recruitment meetings with Regional Managers to convey key messages and drive action where required.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to those responsible for recruitment in branch, e.g., to support with interview training, use of the ATS or offering advice on recruitment best practice.
- Continually promote and embed a consistent approach with regards to processes and policies
- Analyse/report on recruitment data
