Our client seeks a File Reviewer to join their team. Role Profile: Support the Client Services Function, and ultimately the board, in all matters related to ensuring of compliant files. Key Responsibilities: Undertake Client file reviews in accordance Isle of Man Financial Services Authority rule book and company policies and procedures ensuring deadlines are met. Record action points resulting from file reviews. Identify any deficiencies and escalate to Client Services Administrator for action. Provide feedback and training to administrators. Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements. Perform day to day tasks of other staff who are on annual leave where appropriate monitoring of CSP team workloads & capacity. Key Skills and Experience: Experience in Financial Services administration or compliance functions. Good technical CSP/TSP knowledge. History of delivery of good client service. A practical understanding and application of high-quality client service delivery. Good attention to detail and understanding of complex structures. Good problem analysis and resolution skills. Good verbal, written communication, and people skills, with the ability to present in a clear and concise manner. Clear understanding of the products and services provided by TLTL. Ability to identify, operational risk and controls. Good organisation and control of workflow. Able to work on own initiative. Understanding of the importance of strong Corporate Governance. Initiative-taking and can work under pressure. Clear understanding of Regulatory requirements.
