£22,420.20 per annum

As a Sales Advisor based in Birkenhead, you’ll be responsible for:
• Offering advice and guidance to customers on the Trade Counter (full training will be provided)
• Building strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, promptly responding to calls or emails in a positive and proactive manner.
• Proactively drive sales and follow up on quotations
The working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am -4:30pm – 40 hours a week.

• Experience in a customer service or sales role
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team, taking onboard all training available
