Agility Resourcing is delighted to be working for a well-established manufacturer in the heart of Tarleton. The role is for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant looking for a supportive working environment and a challenging role.

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of the periodic Management Accounts
• Periodic bank reconciliation of 4 accounts
• Periodic overhead analysis and reporting
• Quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and Prepayments journal posting, and reconciliation
• Reporting vs targets & budgets
• National Statistics reporting
• Assisting with the annual financial audit
• Management of Utilities for various properties
• Management of company credit cards
• Other ad-hoc duties

Person specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks accordingly
• Motivated and willing to learn/develop
• Experience within a finance team
• Experience with Sage is preferable
• Currently studying or recently completed AAT (or other Accountancy qualification)
