Job Description - Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

• Undertaking and supervising corporate tax compliance and tax advisory work so that it requires minimal manager/partner review.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients across various industries
• Provide tax planning services to clients
• Maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
• Stay updated with changing tax laws and regulations
• Contribute to the training and development of junior staff members
• Controlling assignment budgets, WIP and assignment recoveries

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Assistant Manager should have/be:

• CTA qualified
• A tax background including both compliance and advisory experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of supervising and reviewing the work of juniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
