Salary Range: £46,140 - £51,445 per annum 
Work Location: Swanwick Lodge, Fareham
Hours Per Week: 37
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

 

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a highly motivated and talented, education professional to join our team and lead the education offer at Swanwick Lodge.

 

Secure and Specialist is a part of the Participation & Lifelong Learning service, within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate, with the responsibility for delivering education to some of the most vulnerable learners in the county.

 

We are looking for a highly competent, motivated, and inspiring education leader who can move the education provision at Swanwick Lodge towards Outstanding. This will involve leading the education team and working with partners to secure a cycle of continuous, quality improvement. Swanwick Lodge is a secure, residential children’s home and our learners are likely to have a range of complex needs, so creativity and emotional resilience are a must!
