Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: Leamington Spa, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Flexible & dependent on experience) 

Working Arrangements:

• Hybrid working model: 6 months full-time in the office, followed by 3 days in the office and 2 days at home (in line with probation).
• Monday-Friday 9-5

About Us: This is a well-established financial planning firm with a team of dedicated paraplanners, experienced advisers, and efficient administrators. They specialise in tax and trusts, with a focus on Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT). Their unique approach to Independent Financial Advice (IFA) sets them apart, making them leaders in the industry.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a career-focused Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be Diploma qualified and eager to work towards chartered status. We are open to considering applicants who have lots of Paraplanning experience but not currently qualified, as long as there is strong evidence of technical competency. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialise in tax and trusts, with a focus on IHT and CGT.
• Work closely with our niche team of IFAs, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Strong focus on pensions within the financial planning process.
• Allocation of cases based on workload and specialisms, collaborating across advisers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma qualified, with a desire to work towards chartered status
• Knowledge or experience in tax and trusts, with expertise in IHT and CGT.
• Strong understanding of pensions within the financial planning context.
