The Role
There now exists an opportunity for an individual to lead the customer facing areas of the business.
The Head of Customer is responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing, Investor Management and lettings functions of the company. Covering both Retail and Institutional Investors, the Head of Customer will be responsible for delivering exceptional Customer experience and results across the end to end functions and wider Business.
As a member of the Leadership team, the Head of Customer will be expected to take Cabinet responsibility alongside the other Leadership team members for the effective running and growth of the Business.
The Head of Customer will bring extensive experience in Sales, Investor Management and lettings environments with a track record of delivering Sales and strong end to end Customer Experience

Essential
10 years of proven experience in corporate leadership roles with experience as part of a leadership team Experience of working in reputable, preferably ARMA or RICS regulated organisations. Strong understanding of the property development market and current market trends. Proven track record of successful team management and development.
Desirable
Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field]; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Relevant qualifications (e.g. IRPM/property management related qualifications). Demonstrated ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives.
