Job Title: Exam Access Arrangement Assessor / SENCO
Location: Office / Field based – across various sites Candidate must drive, have their own vehicle and be flexible with travel when required.
Salary: up to £35,000

Essential Criteria:
- Must be an experienced access arrangements Assessor, holding a Level 7 or equivalent qualification in Access Arrangements.
- Must be registered as a test user with British Psychological Society.
- Must hold sound, up to date knowledge of guidelines and legislation regarding JCQ and other relevant examination boards.
- Experience of ensuring the implementation of exam arrangements in an educational setting.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
- Work closely with the education team to ensure that learner examination access arrangements are secured, in adherence to JCQ and awarding body regulations.
- Carry out assessments and screening to support tutor referrals and gather evidence to support the EAA process.
- Lead on delivering the Learning Difficulties and Disabilities strategy.
- Work with the SEND team to develop a referral system to signpost learners to other outside agencies for current or future support.
- Deliver training for the Education team on access arrangement policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of any updates to JCQ and awarding body regulations.
- Conduct observations of the learning support practitioner team, ensuring they are accurately recorded to enable effective performance management.
- Maintenance of records for inspections.
