Job description

We have a new opportunity available for a  Digital Learning Designer to join our Leadership and Organisational Development team on a full time, permanent basis.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service are not limited to firefighting. We also respond to a wide range of incidents, increasingly those that involve our rescue capability. We also work closely with other emergency services and our local authority partners to deliver an emergency response and protect our communities.

About the Digital Learning Designer role:

As our Digital Learning Designer , you will have the opportunity to drive forward the creation of innovative and accessible learning and development resources, in support of a blended learning approach.

This is a unique opportunity to take up a key role within a challenging and fast paced environment. You will be able to help others develop and opportunities for your own CPD are available.

Hybrid working may be considered for this role.

Skills and experience required as our Digital Learning Designer :

• An enthusiastic and proactive individual, with a passion for innovation and creativity within learning and development.
• Have an up-to-date knowledge of on-line learning creation software (Articulate) and a Totara based Learning Management System and be confident to navigate them
• The ability to develop strong working relationships with staff at all levels, to support the creation and delivery of high quality learning materials.
