£25,000 - £70,000 Per Year
(Hybrid - Worthing or Brighton, Sussex)
SkillTorch is on the lookout for a proactive and ambitious individual to join us as a Recruitment Consultant. This role presents an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact in the tech industry, connecting with clients and candidates across the USA and Europe.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1+ years experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- A gifted communicator, comfortable in a variety of interactions.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Ambitious, hardworking, and goal-orientated.
- Highly organised, adept at prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Confident and engaging, both in person and over the phone.
- Resilient under pressure, consistently delivering stable performance.
- A self-starter, proactive in a dynamic work environment.
- Driven by targets and motivated by achieving and surpassing goals.
- Passionate about emerging technologies, with an eagerness to stay informed.

- Engage in Tech recruitment, connecting with clients and candidates globally.
- Build your own niche market of your choice on a global basis - AI, Fintech or Cyber Security - you name it!
- Source and engage top talent and key clients in the tech industry.
