Grafton Banks Finance are working with a well-respected commercial company with offices in Bexhill, East Sussex to recruit an actively studying Part Qualified Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Finance and working with the FP&A managers and finance team, the main purpose of the job is to provide end to end support with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis for the wider business.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Act as a first line of finance support for parks queries and provide analysis in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy of management accountants for your area of the business
Hold review meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Support budgeting and forecasting process
Provide insight through data analysis.
Identify methods to improve processes.
Support senior FP&A team.
Monthly sales commission reporting and analysis
Indirect cost analysis
Ad-hoc projects, reporting and analysis as required by the business.
The successful candidate will be actively studying towards an accounting qualification ( ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with practical working experience within a finance role. You will need to be IT Literate with strong Excel skills to be able to manipulate financial information, alongside excellent communication skills to be able to discuss financial information to both finance and non-finance professionals within the business. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have an analytical mindset and a strong reporting technique as well as the ability to problem solve and be a team player.
