The Role - Behaviour Mentor
This Behaviour Mentor role requires you to work 121 and lead small groups of children supporting them academically and emotionally. You will work under the directions of the class Teacher and support children in and out of the class. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be able to manage behaviour and support children ages 11 - 16 who have challenging behaviour. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have strong behaviour management skills and a sports background, this role will also suit an active mentor or TA.
