Heathland School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed cleaner to join our busy school cleaning team.
Heathland School is part of The Whitefriars Heathland Federation, a multi-academy trust comprising of two outstanding schools, Heathland school and Whitefriars School in Harrow. Heathland School is a 3-form entry primary school judged to be outstanding by Ofsted 2010 and 2014.

We are looking for team player who would assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the school. This role involves regular cleaning duties including washing, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, emptying of litter bins and dusting and polishing of designated areas including fixtures and fittings and inner glass. This role also includes regular deep cleaning duties on a rotational basis to maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the School.
Cleaning duties will be required to cover Monday to Friday at the following times:
10 hours a week – covering 3.30pm to 5.30pm – Full Time Contract (The school is flexible during the school holidays)
The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to have an Enhanced D.B.S. clearance and two satisfactory references will also be a condition of employment. Online/social media checks will also be undertaken in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.
