Job Description
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare statutory accounts for all legal entities.
- Collaborate with the FP&A Team.
- Work with auditors and tax consultants for the group.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
- Implement and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Big 4 trained qualified ACA, ACCA accountant.
- Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP and SOX.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines.
