SSSTS Supervisor Required!
RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced SSSTS Supervisor to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.
Duration: Long-Term
Start Date: 18/03/2024
Pay Rate: £21.00 - £23.00 Per Hour - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**
Job Roles:
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
- Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
- Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.
- Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met.
- Manage/Supervise on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.
- Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.
- Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks.
- Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers.
- Report project progress to superiors
- Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.
- Reporting to other senior project managers as required.
- Solve disputes between workers
- Supervise all construction workers
Requirements:
- Must have a valid SSSTS
- Must have NVQ Level 3 Supervisor
- Must have 6 point PPE
