Job Description
- Lead the finance team and oversee financial operations within the department.
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company objectives.
- Analyse financial performance and forecast future trends.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to improve financial performance.
- Manage budgeting and reporting processes.
- Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximisation strategies.
- Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or QBE.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
