Job description
This role is known for creating and landing insight to the business through leadership of our data and analytics capability. Understanding and communicating our performance, identifying growth opportunities and landing these across the business, from the CEO down. Shaping our agenda in terms of agency partner, scope and breadth of data, analytics tools and insight storytelling are all pivotal to this role to enable our business to be data and insight led.
Insight & Analysis
Identifies and leads analysis to land actionable insights with the business. Proactively seeking growth opportunities, developing analysis briefs for self/team/external agencies to provide insights and recommendations. Use a range of data sources and analytical approaches to address business questions.
Data & Performance
Leads continuous data management in terms of agency partnerships, scope of data, budget management and delivery. Sets strategic agenda to enhance data and reporting capabilities. Leads accurate and timely delivery of business reporting, enabling intuitive self-serve access for the business.
Team Management
Manages 2x Market Insight Managers, creating a strong Market Insight & Analytics team within the overall Insights team, managing their performance and development through constant coaching, mentoring, personal and career development.
Strategic Leadership
Play a lead role in strategic support for the business, through activities such as shaping the approach to Annual Planning, supporting the business with M&A opportunities, leading and landing market forecasting.
Data & Analytics Innovation
Identify and lead opportunities to enhance our data and analytical capability, seeking new advancements in data and technology capabilities to enable us to act more quickly and effectively. Create business cases for investment in new tools and bring them to reality.
