The Role
The proposal lead will play a key role in the co-ordination and production of the proposal response.

Key responsibilities include:

• The introduction and implementation of all the necessary proposal procedures and governance
• Co-ordinate, review and edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders including sales, marketing finance, commercial, engineering, and project management
• To support the sales function by assisting in the improvement of overall turnover, profitability and customer satisfaction levels on every proposal submitted

The Candidate
This is a newly created role, so experience in leading and managing a proposal function within the Oil & Gas sector is imperative. In addition, you MUST be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• The experience of and the ability to coach sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practise
• Outstanding communication and networking skills, with ability to influence a variety of key internal and customer stakeholders
• Strong prioritisation skills with a “hands-on “approach, who will take total ownership of the end-to-end proposal process
