Our Marketing team are recruiting! Do you think you could be our new Head of Product Management?
As the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading and driving the product strategy, vision, and execution within the company. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in product management, the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and customer-centric products.
You will lead and develop a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality products into receptive markets, that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct and / or direct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies.
- Collaborate with executives, customers, stakeholders, and other departments to gather input, communicate product plans, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- Lead Talent Management initiatives by identifying, nurturing, and developing strategic leaders.
What you will need to succeed:
- Relevant international experience.
- Experience of leading a team over an extended duration, showcasing measurable enhancements in overall team performance.
- Experience of running a reasonably large product portfolio (50+ products)
- Proven ability to create and communicate a roadmap suitable for various stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Customers, etc…)
