• Passion for people! You genuinely care about the impact we make on patients' lives, the communities we serve and the people in our teams.
• A cool head! You don’t get fazed easily and take things in your stride, even when workloads are high and everyone wants a piece of you

What You'll Do:
• Lead from the front! Rally and motivate our team of Recruitment Team Leaders, Recruitment Advisors, Assistants and Senior Recruitment Advisors to achieve greatness.
• Get creative! Develop cutting-edge recruitment strategies and streamline processes to ensure we're always one step ahead.

• Drive performance! Monitor KPIs, workloads, track progress, and inspire your team to reach new heights.
• Grow together! Invest in the development of your team, nurture their talents, and watch them shine.
• Be a trailblazer! Contribute your ideas and insights as we evolve and innovate in healthcare recruitment.
• Exceed expectations! Be quick off the mark when problems arise and respond to our stakeholders quickly and effectively.
